How we can help

Month after month you faithfully paid your insurance premiums so when you have a loss the expectation is that the insurance company that took those dollars will commit to their promise to bring you back to pre-loss condition, Right?

...Not always

Appraisal

What is the Insurance Appraisal process?

Found in the Loss Settlement section of every policy is an alternate dispute resolution clause, which can be invoked by the insured or the carrier to resolve a disagreement on pricing between the Carrier and Policyholder.

Our appraisers are experts in properly calculating the amount of money it should take by properly using the same software the carrier uses to determine the value of your loss.

Consulting

Does your project require a site specific safety plan?

OSHA 10/30, Rope and Harness Safety Certified and Xactimate X1 certified level 2.  Qualifications that will qualify our construction site safety plan with the Xactimate report to match the plan.

Pre & Post Loss Documentation

Pre-loss documentation includes imagery/ documentation of all personal belongings and building components prior to a loss happening.  Thus in the unfortunate event of a loss there is third party documentation of your most valuable assets.
Post-loss documentation includes proper documentation and recording of all damages.

Licensed Public Adjuster

Did you know...It is up to you to prove the extent of your loss to the insurance company. Failure to satisfy difficult-to-understand policy requirements could reduce your settlement amount or even cause your claim to be denied. A typical insurance policy is dozens of pages long and written in technical, legal terms. We can help make sure you meet all the policy conditions, document your loss and assist in getting a proper payment of your claim.
